WSI Launches SEO Campaign For Ventura County Home Staging
Ventura County Home Staging (VCHS), established in 2010 and owned by parent company Refined Home Staging, provides professional home staging services for homeowners, Realtors, investors and property managers. The company serves towns throughout the greater Conejo Valley area.
VCHS primarily provides home staging services for Westlake Village, an affluent area where the median home price for homes currently listed for sale is $1,195,000. VCHS serves this upscale clientele by calling on the interior design expertise of Pam Smith, the company founder. Ms. Smith is active with the Real Estate Staging Association, holding a RESA-Pro designation and having served as Vice President of the West Valley Chapter.
In January, 2015, WSI was retained to increase business for VCHS’s home staging services for Thousand Oaks and Agoura Hills. WSI’s keyword research identified 10 primary keywords and 15 additional stems with over 20,000 searches per month. The on-page optimization process included adding pages for the Conejo Valley towns, as well as creating high-quality content with links to VCHS’s website.
VCHS intends to expand its service area by providing home staging services for Camarillo, another nearby Southern California community located on the coastal plain northwest of Westlake Village. WSI began instantly generating qualified traffic to the VCHS website by launching a paid-search advertising campaign in the Camarillo area. This was intended to gain visibility for VCHS in the nearby market while the company’s website developed a presence in Google’s “organic” search results.
In the months ahead, WSI plans to enhance VCHS’s SEO campaign, analyze the effectiveness of the paid-search advertising, and complement both efforts with social posts on the company Facebook and Google Plus pages, along with postings on Pinterest and Instagram.
VCHS’ staging services have been proven to help homes sell faster and for top dollar. A recent study by the Real Estate Staging Association showed that professionally staged homes sell 72 percent faster than unstaged homes. With the steadily improving real estate market in California, and the Conejo Valley in particular, setting a home apart from others on the market will become more and more important.
