WSI Implements SEO for Fremont Investment Group

Search Engine Optimization in AlbuquerqueWSI was retained by Fremont Investment Group, LLC , a real estate investment company which helps home owners who need to sell their home quickly through their website “We Buy Your Austin Home”, to increase their leads with search engine optimization strategies. The architecture of the new site was optimized for researched and defined personas.  Once the sites launched, on page SEO was started with extensive keyword research.

The new SEO web pages were published on the website and the technical audit of these pages was completed to make sure all required SEO elements for the best possible optimization is correct. In addition, all web pages have the fundamental SEO in place including unique meta descriptions and relevant page titles. Now we are beginning the off page phase of the project. WSI copywriters will be writing relevant posts for the blog accounts created at Tumblr, Blogger , WordPress, and Weebly. In addition, local social business pages (Google + Business, Facebook Business, LinkedIn Business), will be claimed, verified and fully completed with information about the company and the local office in Austin, Texas.

The Conco Companies Retain WSI for a Third Year of Comprehensive Digital Marketing Services

The Conco Companies are one of the USA’s largest commercial concrete contractors, and holders of the Guinness World Book of Records record for the largest continuous concrete mat pour, on the Wilshire Grand in LA scheduled to be completed in 2017. WSI is one of the largest digital marketing agencies in the world, with over 1,000 offices in 81 countries. WSI and Conco have just agreed to strengthen a mutually beneficial partnership that has dramatically improved Conco’s online presence and lead generation. First initiated in July 2013, the engagement initially focused solely on SEO, and has since blossomed into a comprehensive service offering including SEO, web development, e-mail marketing, social media marketing, PPC and mobile app development. Conco was awarded a concrete contract by Holland Partners for a 21-story luxury apartment building next to the historic Union Station in downtown Denver. Expanding The Medical Coding Business with WSI’s help

The biggest challenge for this project has been to transform a site mainly targeted for those looking for employment or staffing, and “re-target” it for those looking to outsource medical coding. This is a completely different buyer’s persona, and audience target.

Our strategy was built on

 micro-focus on promoting just a few pages

 removing all content targeting the unwanted traffic

 writing new content and distributing that content

 correcting citations we found that referenced staffing and employment

 

While maintaining the company branding, we have made great strides in getting Google’s attention for medical coding rather than medical coder staffing and employment. It has not been an easy task, and we would not suggest any company drastically refocus, however, we are proving that completely changing your target audience can be done.
