Caldwell Letter Service, Inc is a direct mail company that serves the greater Chicago area. With a growing need to effectively reach more people, this traditional marketing company sought out the services of WSI for help.

We discussed what their business goals looked like since they have 3 primary services:

As a SMB with a modest budget, it was important to identify not only big goals for the site, but smaller milestones as well so that we could micro focus our SEO efforts for maximum ROI.

After identifying mailing services as the primary focus, we set our sights on a website redesign that would effectively convert leads to customers  as well as meet the demands of Google’s best practice for web design and user experience.

Without neglecting their other services, we put the bulk of the content effort to expand the mail areas to include information for top of the marketing funnel through the bottom of the funnel visitors.  Successfully reaching those in every phase of the buyer’s journey addressing information needs such as:

  • How direct mail works?
  • What specifically Caldwell Letter Services can do.
  • Most commonly used products to facilitate Direct mail marketing.

Our site design also took into consideration the buyer persona addressing the main question of ‘ Who needs these services?’ We developed sections for specific target audiences and the verticals they fall into.  Each buyer persona has specific needs, we wanted to efficiently represent how our client could meet the needs of different verticals.

We have successfully built an SEO strategy that can accommodate the eventual growth in additional service areas, can easily be converted to an inbound campaign, and is producing a positive ROI for our client.

WSI Partners with HomeWorks to Deliver Award Winning Senior Care

WSI announces that it has recently been awarded the contract to introduce HomeWorks by United Methodist Communities, an in-home senior care service covering central New Jersey.  The initiative is part of the United Methodist Communities continuing non-profit mission to bring the finest care and support to senior citizens throughout the state.

WSI designed and implemented http://www.homeworks.umcommunities.org as the backbone of the new marketing effort to introducetheir home health aid service to seniors and their families. The website retains the branding of the main corporate site at http://www.umcommunities.org, but expands and the type of services provided by the brand as well as their unique non-profit mission.

WSI was engaged to do the web design and implementation, as well a provide all the copywriting and SEO operations for the new business initiative. WSI engaged in a detailed business analysis with its UMC partners and produced substrategies for a number of the most unique aspects of the UMC offering. These marketing treatments seek to differentiate UMC HomeWorks services in a crowded New Jersey home health aide market.

This business discussion informed extremely detailed Search Term research across specific NJ counties and towns. As a result WSI created SEO optimized page content on a number of topics which marry searcher’s intent to the unique service offering of the brand.

WSI Digital Marketing has recently launched a new website for Princeton Center for Dental Aesthetics and Implants

In addition to the launch of a new, responsive website, the digital marketing work also includes the implementation of Hubspot marketing automation, local SEO, production of 10 videos, and on-page optimization.

Princeton Center for Dental Aesthetics and Implants is a well-established, comprehensive dental practice in the Princeton, NJ area with a holistic approach to providing high quality dental care.  The practice has been in operation since 1983, founded by Kirk Huckel, DMD. 

The practice is known for its expertise in restorative, cosmetic andholistic dentistry. 

The goals of the digital marketing effort are to boost the practice’s online presence with a modern, and visual presentation, generate new patient leads and lever the strength of Hubspot’s marketing automation platform to track, engage and convert leads from various promotions and campaigns.  The first campaign to launch will be a promotion for Invisalign® orthodontics.
